Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Julie Stewart. All pieces are handcrafted in New Zealand and are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As each piece is one-of-a-kind, please allow additional time during busy periods.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship throughout New Zealand via NZ Post or courier. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging Every sculpture is individually wrapped and packed with care to protect it during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at julie@juliestewart.co.nz with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
